We will probably never meet again.
So one day,
one day, when you walk down the aisle and complete the beautiful love story that's yours,
I hope—just for a brief moment—you remember, “I am glad to see you win”. How could I claim to be on the side of love if I can't even support it in someone I love? (right?)
We've grown in such different directions that, if I'm being honest, we no longer make sense.
Maybe we never really did.
There was a time I would have rewritten the stars just to circle back to you.
But now... I wouldn't change a thing. Not because you're "not worth it" or I deserve "better" (God, you were more than that), but because I realized you're not who I'm meant to find.
Everyone always MISUNDERSTAND THIS LINE (but I'm sure you would get it).
I'm not gonna find someone better than you, but I'll find someone better for me.
I am genuinely so glad everything happened the way it did, and I hope you know that there was nothing you could have done differently to have changed the outcomes of what happened (and neither could I).
I know you tried your best and put your entire heart into that relationship, and I will never think otherwise.
I'm glad we didn't work out:') and I genuinely, deeply hope you're happy.
if I had to be honest, I'm just kangen kangen with all memories and moments we're together:')
